Meet Our Doctor
Dr. David M. Francyk, DO
Dr. Francyk joined FIT Medical Weight Loss in 2011, he also practices family medicine at Family Practice Specialists in Phoenix. Originally from Utah, he attended the University of Utah to obtain a degree in Anthropology and moved to Arizona in 2002 for medical school. He graduated from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Although, Dr. Francyk enjoys the entire scope of Family Medicine, he has a special interest in Osteopathic and Sports Medicine and is a strong advocate for preventative health care. A teacher at heart, Dr. Francyk enjoys educating his patients about their medical condition and management. He feels that knowledge is empowering and will help his patients to adopt a proactive approach to their health.

When not in the office, Dr. Francyk enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He is not very good at golf, but tries. If weather permits, he goes skiing. But, most of the time he is doing odd jobs around the house.
